How long does it take to process shipping?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. You will then receive another notification once your order has shipped which will include a tracking number. Once USPS has received your order please contact U.S Postal Service for shipping updates.

 

How much is shipping?

Your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

How do i check the status of my order?

If you created an account at the time of your order, click the login at the top of the webpage and you can check the status of your order. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not recieved your order within 7-10 days of your shipping confirmation please contact us at thenecessitycollection@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your name and order number in the email.
